1. Prime for National Security Agency: 02/09/2017 – 6/09/2019. Deployed highly skilled Target Analyst Reporters, Target Digital Network and Signal Analysts, Language Analysts to detect and track threats of smaller Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS).  Our analysts leverage open-source material and fuse sensitive information to detect and defeat sUAS threats. 2. Prime for National Security Agency: 04/23/2018 – 12/22/2019, Perform technical and intelligence analysis service to support the cryptologic process of the CCC at NSAW, IS&C at NSAG, and MERA at NSAT. Customer Benefit – Second and third-party collaboration success. Very Good rating of CPARs. 3. Subcontractor National Reconnaissance Office: 10/28/2015 – Present. Maintain global systems used world/community-wide, with over 700 end-users. Perform IAVA patches and deploys central authentication and configuration management services to support users & security environments via DevSecOps automation. Migrated on-site web applications to Amazon’s C2S cloud environment administered VMWare virtual environment.  Performed software, system, and cyber engineering to develop site tools applications. 4. Subcontractor National Reconnaissance Office: 01/15/2015 – Present. Performed operations and sustainment of highly complex converged ground processing system. Performed in Program Management, System Engineering, Deployment, and Independent Analysts roles.  Designed CI/CD pipeline, automated the baseline delivery and reduced the period required to deploy the multi-site baseline from days to hours. Developed software solutions that enhanced system processing. Designed and implemented the IBM Federator, a layer application that provides multi-system / database query services through federations that enables the system to meet query requirements. DeNOVO leverages large Government program/project management experience and systems engineering with agile practices and principles to deliver a tailored implementation and maturation plan to meet your program and customer’s needs.  Experienced TS/SCI and Secret cleared Certified SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs) delivered a comprehensive methodology for migrating organizations large and small into the Atlassian suite of tools to provide key metrics, workflows, and data to enable an efficient DevOps organization. This includes Coaching to adopt agile principles and Jira/Confluence implementation and modernization using custom scripting leveraging APIs to get more from the tools and/or to streamline implementations.
